Friends of Paxton Pits Open Day

This free Open Day at the Nature Reserve has various activities including looking at life in the ponds, talking with local nature experts located around the reserve, children’s hunt for various insects, flowers and birds around the reserve, display of how the reserve has changed over the last 30 years, photography display and advise and demonstration and advise from a local nature artist.

The on site Wildlife Trust BCN is also joining the celebrations with their 15 year anniversary. The trust will be offering children’s activities at the Education Centre.
